- Couldn’t be more pleased. Ed gave me an estimate over the phone, showed up at precisely the scheduled time, and completed the tough job in 2 hours. I had someone else clean the carpets when we first moved in (about 8 mos ago) I paid more and embedded dirt was not removed. Then I cleaned them myself...no improvement. Today they look practically new. Everything smells clean, but not perfumed. Cleaning solution is safe for pets. Price is more than reasonable for the service provided. - Ed was so fast and efficient. We moved into a rental home and our realtor couldn't get the carpets cleaned in time. Assured was the first company I called. He scheduled to come out quickly. I didn't realize how funky the carpets were and Ed worked his magic getting stains and pet hair out of the carpets. He was on time and very affordable. Only $70 for 2 rooms and part of a garage! - I just wanted to say that Ed did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets. I emailed last week and we set up for today. He arrived just before our appointment as i said we were home and he could come anytime before if he finished his other job early. He arrived ready to go. I showed him around and what needed to be done, we had pretty dirty carpets and pet stains. I used rug Doctor myself before about a year ago. No comparison! Ed got all stains, pet damage and odor out! After seeing the dirty water, we need to get them cleaned more often by Ed. While the carpets are a bit older, they look great now! We also made a future appointment to have him come do some couches. I would recommend Ed and his company to anytime. I also am glad he is a local guy and nearby.
